Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address — to sign you in and grant access.
• Usage data — which labs and steps you run, and progress, to operate the service.
• tel-IQ questions — text you send to the AI assistant, to answer you and enforce fair-use limits.
• Payment records — a payment reference, amount, and your email. Card/mobile-money details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Paystack); we never see or store them.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, grant access you paid for, and improve the labs. We do not sell your data.

Third parties

We use Paystack (payments), a mail provider (sign-in links), and an AI service to power the tel-IQ assistant. Your tel-IQ questions are sent to that AI provider to generate answers.

Retention

We keep account, usage, and payment records while your account is active and as needed for legal/accounting purposes.
