Refund Policy

Time-based passes

A day-pass grants 48 hours of full access from the moment of purchase. Because access is delivered immediately and is time-based, passes are non-refundable once used.

When we will refund

• You were charged but never received access (e.g. a payment succeeded but the pass was not applied).
• You were charged twice for the same purchase.
• The platform was substantially unavailable for most of your pass window due to our fault — we will extend your pass or refund at our discretion.

How to request

Email teliq@tech-iq.africa within 7 days with your payment reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
