Terms of Service

tel-IQ Labs (labs.tech-iq.africa), operated by Tech-IQ Africa. Last updated 30 June 2026.

1. What we provide

tel-IQ Labs offers interactive, hands-on telecom training labs running on a shared simulation environment, plus an AI assistant ("tel-IQ"). Labs are for education only and run against simulated network functions, not production networks.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your email via a one-time link. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. One account is for one person; do not share access.

3. Access passes

A paid day-pass unlocks all available labs for 48 hours from purchase. Access is time-based and ends automatically — there is no subscription and no auto-renewal.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the shared environment, attack other users, overload the system, scrape content at scale, or use the platform for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for abuse.

5. Availability

The labs run on a live shared simulation and may occasionally be unavailable or degraded. We aim for good uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Content

Lab materials, captures, and the AI assistant are provided "as is" for learning. The AI assistant can be wrong; verify anything important against official 3GPP/standards documents.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tech-IQ Africa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
